Lawrence J. Foley

Age 62, a longtime resident of Tionesta, formerly of Elliott, passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2019. Larry was born on September 2,1957 in Pittsburgh to the late Lawrence H. and Mary (Murien) Foley. Loving father of Jayson (Janet) Foley and Deanna (Robert) Byrnes; grandfather of Breanna, Julianna, Maya & Emmett; great-grandfather of Ayden; longtime friend and ex-husband of Diane Richter and Bruno; brother of Kathy, Theresa and  Debbie; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Larry was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing.  He was an active member of Fryburg & Kellettville Sportsman Clubs where he participated and worked with the youth fishing club yearly. Anyone that knew him addressed him as “Uncle Larry”. Friends received Saturday 12 noon until time of service at 4:30 p.m. at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15220.  In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Kellettville Sportsman Club, 140 Sunnyside Drive, Tionesta, PA 16353, to be used for the youth fishing tournament.
