Age 83, of Ingram, on Sunday, March 13, 2011. Beloved husband of 59 years to Margaret A. (Murphy) Smith; loving father of Richard L. "Rick" (Gloria) and Linda A. (Rick) Lawrence of Phoenix, AZ; dear brother of the late Leah Jane Schnelbach and James M. Smith; dear brother-in-law of Gene Schnelbach, Alice Smith, Tommy (Sheila) Murphy, Betsy (Wally) Bird and Dorothy (Kevin) Kelley. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday only. Funeral service on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Jefferson Memorial Park
