Age 69, of Crafton Heights, unexpectedly, on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Son of the late Charles and Dolores (Siebel) Popielarski. Brother of the late Carol Meyers. Lifelong friend of Robert C. Davis. Chuck worked thirty-three years as an insurance agent for American General Life Insurance Company and was a proud member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries #76 and #1134. As per Chuck’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements entrusted to ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh., PA 15220.
