Daniel E. Peirce

Age 56, of Crafton Heights, formerly of Baltimore, MD., sadly passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Son of Nancy (Ridenour) Davis and the late Clark E. Peirce. Beloved father of Joshua Wade (Janine) Taylor. Loving grandfather of Blake, Brody, Blair and Brynn Taylor. Cherished brother of Melissa Ann (Thomas Leon) Marshall and Frances (Kevin) Anthony. Dan will be sadly missed by his beloved companion, Marlene Lane.

Daniel was often referred to by his mother as “My Danny”. Dan will be remembered as being a dedicated, hard-working and loving individual who enjoyed operating heavy machinery, fishing, a delicious soft shell crab sandwich and someone who took great pride in his health, physical fitness, and enjoyed lifting weights. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Family and friends received on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 3-6 p.m., at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh., PA 15220. Services and burial for Dan will be held privately.
