Age 74, of Elliott, on Sunday, September 10, 2023. Beloved husband of Patricia A. (Rostron) Frank. Loving father of Don (Kelly) Frank, Jr. Grandfather of Bryan J., Brennan A., and Cayden M. Don was proud of his time spent in the military, serving as Sergeant, in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War. As per Don’s wishes, there will be no viewing. Close family and friends are invited to attend at graveside service with full military honors at St. Martin Cemetery on Wednesday, September 13th, at 11 a.m. Arrangements are entrusted to ANTHONY G.
