James E. "Jimmy" Scholz

Age 65, formerly of Elliott, on Saturday, August 7, 2021. Beloved husband of Carol (Arnold) Scholz. Loving father of Matt (Jen) Scholz and Nikki (Steve) Onorad. Grandfather of Hadley Scholz, Tyler Onorad and Makenna Onorad. Brother of Maxine (the late Chick) Magilson, Linda (Jim) Meinzer (the late Jim Magilson), Ray (Tim Herrera) Scholz, Joyce (Bill) Coleman, and Brian Scholz. Son of the late James R. and Eva (Brandt) Scholz and son-in-law of the late Robert and Eileen (Briggs) Arnold. Jim will be sadly missed by his numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. His best times were spent with family, friends, and especially his grandkids. Jim will be remembered as a respected community member and third-generation business owner of Scholz Brother’s Hardware in Elliott. Friends received from 2:00 p.m. until time of Blessing Service at 7:00 p.m., on TUESDAY, ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh., PA 15220.
