Lorraine M. (Conley) Pigoni

It is said the most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or heard but felt in the heart…our hearts are saddened by the loss of our sweet, beautiful Mom, Lorraine M. (Conley) Pigoni who passed away peacefully on May 29, 2022. She is survived by her four children, Denise (Ralph) Conway, Lynn (Rob) Narkevic, Steven (Janet) Pigoni and Mark Pigoni. She was preceded in death by her dear husband John (Armando) Pigoni, her parents, Peter and Loretta Conley, and her sister, Beverly Schmidt. And one of the biggest joys of her life were her seven grandchildren Sean, Kelsey, Jesse, Riana, Leah, Marie and Michael. Mom, we’re not sure you lived the life you imagined, but in the end, you said that it was a great life because of your family, who loved you beyond words. As per Lorraine’s wishes, visitation will be held privately. However, for anyone available, it would mean so much to the family for loved ones to come celebrate her life at a Mass of Christian Burial. This will be held on Thursday, June 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in Ascension Church of St. Philip Parish, 114 Berry St., Pgh, PA 15205. Arrangements entrusted to ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh, PA 15220. Thank you to her wonderful caregivers at Advanced Home Health and her care angels Beth and Catie. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or the Make-A-Wish Foundation, as our Mom loved giving back and supporting children’s charities.
