Age 48, of Westwood, suddenly on Thursday, April 11, 2013. Wife of Gary W. Phelps; loving mother of Rachael and Katie Phelps; loving daughter of Fred and Mary Lou Finello; sister of Thomas (Mary) Finello; aunt of Sarah and Emily Finello. Friends received 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday only at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh, PA 15220. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 10 a.m. in Guardian Angels Parish. Interment in St. Martin Cemetery.
