Age 81, of Crafton Heights, formerly of Sheraden, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 8, 2025. Son of the late Leo J. and Ida Mae (Evans) Brutt. Beloved husband of 58 years to Anne (Bitzer) Brutt. Loving father of Richard L. (Tracy) Brutt, Jr. and LeeAnne Brutt.
Rich proudly served his country during the Vietnam War, earning the rank of Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his military service, Rich worked as a mechanic for the United States Post Office for over 30 years.
As per Richard’s wishes, there will be no visitation and services will be held privately. Rich will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full Military Honors.
