Rose Mary (Goblick) Michelotti

At 95 years young of Elliott, on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, surrounded by family, Rose peacefully went home to continue her journey with Jesus. Beloved wife of the late Detective Leo J. Michelotti and longtime companion of the late Robert Chase. Loving mother of Diana Michelotti-Webb (Donald Cornish) and Ramona “Mona” Horgan. Precious Nana of Jay Horgan, Emily (Matt) Funderburk, and Carla Dos Santos-Webb. Great-Nana of Cadence, Savannah, Destin, and Asher Horgan; and Aidan, Noah, and Rosalee Funderburk. Sister of Mary Schubert, Josephine McDowell, Elizabeth Goblick, Erma Rushlander, Louise Bluhm, Albert Goblick, and the late Louis Goblick, Frank Goblick, Joseph Goblick, and Georgiann O’Brien. Loving Aunt and Godmother of Linda LeFevre. Special Aunt of Robert Schmitt, whom she loved like a son. Rose will be dearly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, and her devoted grand dog, Jake. Rose selflessly cared for others and taught by example.  She had a humble and compassionate heart and was very quick-witted. Funeral transfer prayer at 9:25AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Philip Parish—St. Philip Church, 50 W. Crafton Ave., Pgh, PA 15205.
